At Bare Bones we appreciate your business and want you to know that we are committed to providing the highest quality of mount possible. In the past year we have received a lot of business and our backlog is considerable. Consequently our turnaround times are taking longer than expected. Additionally during the winter we had a contaminated specimen infect one of our most productive colonies with disease. We ask that you please be patient with us as we work through this and understand that getting your mount back to you is our number one priority. All of our colonies are healthy again and we are getting more specimens out on a weekly basis than ever before. Thank you for your support as we experience the growing pains of business expansion.

Understand before asking us about the status of your specimen that:
  1.   We would have contacted you if it was done
  2.   Having to respond to inquiries of this nature takes valuable time away from our ability to work on your valuable specimen
